Really appreciated the help today gaining access after a faulty lock and key broke. From speedy replies to arriving really promptly and being completely clear on prices and what's needed. Also liked how non judgemental they were. 👍

Jack was with me in 30 mins and worked really hard to sort the problem with a very difficult rusted lock. His efforts were rewarded and he replaced the lock with a new one. Fabulous customer service and pricing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Really great service from the team here. My mailbox and balcony door were both broken. The mailbox was fixed with ease and they then managed to source a replacement part for an old balcony door and retro fit that.
